Job Summary
As the integration business analyst, this individual will be the right-hand / proxy to the Integration Lead. He or she will manage the Vistra project management tool and be responsible for updating the configuration as the Integration program evolves and providing technical tool support to functional leads. The business analyst will also be responsible for creating different data views via dashboards and conducting analysis on impacts to the business and P&LJob Description
Key Accountabilities
User Management

Manage new user additions as well as account deactivations and user role/permission changes

Keep user list clean by regularly blocking unneeded users

Identify other initiative owners, activity owners, and Super Users as needed

Communicate new feature rollouts to user base

Training
-
Conduct trainings to introduce users to Wave as central program management tool

Introduce new users to governance and business rules
-
Triage support inquires and direct to the most appropriate resolution resource
Wave Support

Be the primary contact for tool's UI team, interacting on:
-
Gather and review system feedback for change requests and optimizations and share with Wave team

Relays change requests to UI Wave team on an agreed-upon cadence (likely a regular checkpoint call)
Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements
-
Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Finance, Math, Economics or related field or 2 -3 years experience performing data and reporting analysis with major financial impacts, managing large projects and/or solving client issues

Strong analytical skills including basic modeling in Microsoft excel, ppt, etc

Able to communicate complex issues/solutions effectively through superior written and verbal communication

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities

Ability to influence decision making and action by establishing effective working relationships with all levels within the organization

Demonstrated strong number sense, intellectually curious and willing to adjust position based on additional information
